A few of the projects in the shop

 Brook Boardman's TT500 restoration. Just finished building the custom pipe and silencer.

TT500 motor. 530 big bore, cam, big valves and porting.

Tecate 4 cases welded and machined for a KX500 top end just before porting.

KX500 top end installed on a Tecate 4 lower end.

525cc billet top end for 250 quad.

4mm stroker banshee. If you look real close you'll notice we cut the frame and added 2" in height. The owner is a real tall guy so we added the height to make it fit him better. Lots of room for working on the quad without removing bodywork now.

4mm stroker Banshee on the dyno.

330 big bore Kawasaki Tecate 4 on the dyno for some break-in time, jetting and pipe selection.
